Good questions, straight answers
- How does the booth fit into a wedding timeline?
- Most couples run the booth during cocktail hour and dancing. We set up before guests arrive, and setup never counts against your booth hours. Add extra hours if you want it open all night.
- Can the photo overlay match our invitations?
- Yes. We design a custom overlay for every wedding using your names, date and colors, and you approve it before the day.
- Drop-Off or Hosted for a wedding?
- Every wedding books Hosted, so an attendant keeps props moving and guests helped while you enjoy the night. Drop-Off is for other events.
- Do you offer a military discount?
- Military, veteran, or military family? Book at the regular price, then reply to your confirmation email and tell us. After a quick chat we take 10% off your balance. Discounts do not stack with the launch offer.
- Do you print photos?
- On Hosted with Prints, yes: unlimited printed strips with a design made for your event. The two digital packages do not print. We buy the printer against your booking, so that package needs 21 days' notice. Every package sends photos straight to phones and includes the full online gallery.
- What do you need from the venue?
- One standard outlet within 50 feet and about a 10 by 10 foot level area with 8 foot clearance. We bring everything else and set up before your start time.
