Questions
Good questions, straight answers
- Can the school require a certificate of insurance?
- Many districts do, often naming the district as additional insured and with lead time before the event. Email us your district's requirement before you book and we will confirm in writing what we can provide for your date. Do not assume it is covered until we have confirmed it.
- How many students can the booth handle?
- Sessions run continuously all night with unlimited photos. For very large dances, add extra hours or ask us about the Hosted package so an attendant keeps the line moving.
- Are the photos appropriate to share?
- Photos deliver instantly to each group's phones and the school receives the full gallery, so advisors can see everything that was taken.
- Do you offer a military discount?
- Military, veteran, or military family? Book at the regular price, then reply to your confirmation email and tell us. After a quick chat we take 10% off your balance. Discounts do not stack with the launch offer.
- Do you print photos?
- On Hosted with Prints, yes: unlimited printed strips with a design made for your event. The two digital packages do not print. We buy the printer against your booking, so that package needs 21 days' notice. Every package sends photos straight to phones and includes the full online gallery.
- What do you need from the venue?
- One standard outlet within 50 feet and about a 10 by 10 foot level area with 8 foot clearance. We bring everything else and set up before your start time.
