Most photo booths are an iPad and a ring light. Ours is real photography gear, run by your guests, with photos on their phones before they leave the booth.
Every package delivers digitally: photos go straight to phones, and you get the full gallery after. Printed strips come with Hosted with Prints only, and that package needs 21 days because we buy the printer against your booking.

- Drop-Off is unattended.
- We deliver it, set it up, test it with you before we leave, and come back after. During the event nobody from Fosko is there. The booth is built to run itself: guests tap the screen and it walks them through. If something does go wrong mid-event, there is no one on site to fix it, and that is the honest trade you are making for the lower price.
- Hosted puts a person there for the whole event.
- Same booth, same photos. The difference is an attendant who stays, keeps the line moving, helps guests who are unsure, brings props, and handles anything that needs handling. Hosted also adds a custom welcome screen.
- Rough guide.
- Drop-Off suits smaller or more casual events, and crowds comfortable with a touchscreen. Hosted suits every wedding, galas, corporate events and anything where you do not want to be the person guests come find with a question.

Launch offer. For our first 8 bookings we add a 4th hour at no charge, if you let us use a few photos from your event in our marketing. It is optional and off by default. You can book at the regular price without it. The offer is the extra hour itself. It is not a discount and cannot be swapped for money off. No review is required and nothing here asks you for one.
The look
Two backdrops. Both photograph beautifully.
A backdrop is an add-on, $45 for either one. These are the two we own, photographed as they arrive. The booth works against any plain wall, so bookings start with no backdrop and you add one if you want it.
Blush floral
Soft white and blush florals. Made for weddings and showers.
Gold sparkle
Black with cascading gold sparkle. Made for galas and milestone birthdays.

- Do you print photos?
- On Hosted with Prints, yes: unlimited printed strips with a design made for your event. The two digital packages do not print. We buy the printer against your booking, which is why Hosted with Prints needs 21 days' notice. Every package includes instant sharing to phones and the full online gallery.
- Do you offer a military discount?
- Military, veteran, or military family? Book at the regular price, then reply to your confirmation email and tell us. After a quick chat we take 10% off your balance. Discounts do not stack with the launch offer.
- What power do you need?
- One standard outlet within 50 feet of the booth. We bring the extension cords.
- How much space does the booth take?
- A 10 by 10 foot area works best, with 8 foot ceilings. We can fit smaller spots. Ask us.
- How does setup work?
- We arrive about 90 minutes before your start time and tear down after. Setup and teardown are free and never cut into your booth hours.
- Do you travel?
- Travel is free on the Peninsula. Southside is a flat fee shown at booking. Farther out, send us a quote request and we will price it.
- What locks in my date?
- A signed agreement and a 25% retainer, both done on the booking page in one go. You read the agreement, type your name to sign it, and pay. The rest is due two weeks before your event.
- What if I have to cancel?
- You may cancel at any time; the retainer is not refunded. If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, no balance is owed. Within 14 days, the full balance is owed. These are the same terms you sign before paying, not something different at checkout.
- Can I move my date?
- You may reschedule once at no charge to any available date within 12 months; the retainer transfers to the new date. Reschedule requests must reach us at least 14 days before the event. Email us as early as you can and we will find a date that works.
- What happens if the weather turns on an outdoor event?
- Outdoor setups need a level, dry area and shelter from rain and direct sun. If conditions are unsafe for guests or equipment (including rain, wind over 15 mph, or temperatures below 40 F), we may require an indoor location or pause service. Time lost to unsafe conditions is not refunded.
- How many guests can use it?
- There is no cap. Every package is unlimited sessions for the whole booking, so a room of 40 and a room of 300 both work. The only real limit is how fast the line moves, which is the main thing an attendant helps with on Hosted. Every wedding, and any other event over 150 guests, books Hosted, so someone from our team runs the booth all night.
- What if something goes wrong during a Drop-Off rental?
- We set the booth up and test it with you before we leave, and it is built to run itself. But Drop-Off is unattended, so if it does stop working mid-event there is nobody from Fosko on site to fix it. That is the honest trade for the lower price. If that risk matters for your event, book Hosted and someone stays the whole time.
- How far ahead do I need to book?
- At least 72 hours, so about three days. We need that time to design your custom photo overlay and confirm details with your venue. If your date is sooner than that, send us a note and we will tell you honestly whether we can still make it work.
